Why is my payment not reflected on my bill?
There are a few reasons why your payment may not be reflected on your bill.
If you've made a recent payment that's not reflected on your latest bill, first check to see if you made the payment after your bill issue date. Payments made after your bill issue date won’t be reflected on your bill.
You can view bill issue date and your payment history on your online account Your payment can take 1-3 working days to show on your account. If you haven't registered for online account management, you can register here

- Online/App: One working day
- 24-hour Telephone Service (IVR): One working day
- SMS: One working day
- Post Office/Retail: Three working days
If you made a payment before your bill issue date, check your bank account to make sure the payment went through correctly.
