Troubleshooting app issues

If you encounter issues while using the Bord Gáis Energy app, follow the steps below. 

  • First ensure you're using the most up-to-date version of the app. Check the App Store (iOS users) or the Google Play Store (Android users) to check if you need to update your app to the latest version.
  • Try closing and reopening the app.

Not all my accounts are showing when I sign in to the app, what can I do? 

If some of your accounts are not displaying on the app, or if there are accounts you want to replace or remove, please contact us

Pay As You Go accounts

The Bord Gáis Energy mobile app is not currently available for Pay As You Go customers, including Smart Pay As You Go.
