When you move your supply to us, it can take up to two months to receive your first bill.
We'll send you an order confirmation once you complete the application process.
When your switch to Bord Gáis Energy is complete you’ll also receive a welcome pack. This will contain information about the services we offer, along with your terms and conditions.
It usually takes two months after you sign up to receive your first bill as we bill every two months. Sometimes the first bill may take a bit longer to be issued.
