Your data will be based on a metered or deemed quantity depending on whether you have a smart meter installed. If metered data is not available, ESB Networks will send us deemed export quantities for your account. For more information on how deemed quantities are calculated, see What is Deemed Export Quantity?

If you believe the details in your exported electricity HDF are incorrect, pleasecontact us.

Please note:

  • It can take up to eight working days for ESB Networks to send us deemed export data.
  • If your power is at powered off status, you cannot use your micro-generator to export electricity. Micro-generators have protective devices which, for safety purposes, switch the micro-generators off if the electricity supply is off or de-energised.
