How do I enable Face ID or Touch ID on the app?

iOS users with Face ID 

To enable Face ID to access the My Bord Gáis Energy app, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps. Go to the My Bord Gáis Energy App and turn on the setting.  

iOS users with Touch ID 

To enable Touch ID to access the My Bord Gáis Energy app, go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Other Apps. Go to the My Bord Gáis Energy App and turn on the setting.  

Android users with Face ID/Touch ID 

For Android users, Face and Touch ID are device specific. Please refer to your settings or your device's user guide to enable this functionality.
