How do I change or update my direct debit?
You can update your direct debit details on your online account by following the steps below.
Step 1: Sign in to your online account. On your accounts page, click on 'View account' for the account in which you want to set up direct debit.
Step 2: Click on the 'Payment Options' tab, which is visible in the middle of the screen, underneath your bill summary tiles.
Step 3: Click the Direct debit button.
Step 4: Click the ‘Edit’ button, beside your account number.
Step 5: Enter your account name and IBAN details into the required fields*.
Step 6: Please read the agreement and all other information and tick the relevant boxes to continue.
Step 7: Once this has been completed, you can click the ‘Sign up for direct debit’ button in the bottom right-hand corner.
Please note:
- You can add or update your direct debit details online if you have an Irish bank account or a Revolut bank account. If you have a non-Irish bank account, please contact us to add or update your details.
- If you wish to cancel your direct debit and switch to a different payment method, please contact us.
- If you're on a smart half-hourly plan and pay monthly, you can select which day of the month you get billed when you sign up. Your direct debit will be taken two weeks after this date. If you want to change your bill date, contact us.
- If you're a Level Pay customer and want to change your monthly payment date, contact us.
