Can you give me more information about my service appointment?

Keep reading for more information on your boiler service appointment. 

We operate an appointment system with a four to five-hour window.  The service engineer will phone you before the visit to give an estimated time of arrival within the appointment window.  

If we can’t gain access when we call, well wait for15 minutes. If after this time, we still haven't gained access, then well leave a card indicating the time we called and left, and what number you should call for a new appointment. 

All our service engineers carry an identification badge with the company logo on it.  

To view any upcoming appointment date and time information,sign into your online account. There you'll also have the option to reschedule your appointment if needed. This can be done once your appointment's status is not marked 'dispatched' and/or you are doing so 24 hours before the service engineer is due to visit.
