Some smart meter customers may see a higher number of estimated readings than normal. These will be corrected over the next few days as connectivity gets back up and running.

One Stop Shop Grants

Are you eligible for a grant?

One Stop Shop grants are available if your home

Was built and occupied before 2011,
Has an existing BER of B3, or lower, and must achieve a minimum rating of B2 on work completion, and
Has not previously received grants for the same home energy upgrades.

Grants will be deducted from the total cost of works upfront, reducing the amount you need to pay.

Grants are provided by the Government of Ireland through the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) to eligible homes. Information based on SEAI National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme and accurate as of 27 January 2025.
