Your Loyalty Price Plan explained

What is ‘Your Loyalty Price Plan’? 

We want to reward our loyal customers with ‘Your Loyalty Price Plan’, which offers a reduced rate for electricity and gas (if you've not signed up to another offer).  

Please note: It may take up to seven days to apply this new price plan to your account, but the effective date will be the date that you signed up for the ‘Your Loyalty Price Plan’. 

Eligibility

You must’ve been a Bord Gáis Energy residential electricity or gas customer for at least three years to be eligible. We'll contact you by email if you're eligible, so please be sure we have your up-to-date email address and that you've consented to marketing emails. You can update your contact details when you sign in to your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can register in just a few quick steps. 

To sign up, simply follow the directions in the email you receive from Bord Gáis Energy to activate ‘Your Loyalty Price Plan’ and start saving.
