Why should I download the My Bord Gáis Energy app?

You can view your bills, submit a meter read, make a payment and more on our app.  

Downloading the Bord Gáis Energy app gives you the convenience of accessing your account at any time. Here’s what you can do on our app: 

  • View up to two years of bills
  • See when your next bill is due
  • Check your balance
  • Make a card payment or set up a scheduled payment
  • Set up or edit your direct debit details
  • Submit a meter reading
  • View your Services account information, and past and future bookings
  • View your discounts, unit rate and contract end date on your bill

Our app also has Touch ID and Face ID for ease of access.

Please note: the Bord Gáis Energy mobile app is not currently available for Pay As You Go customers, including Smart Pay As You Go.
