Why does my online account not show the exact date I will receive my next bill?
Your online account doesn’t show an exact date because we’re waiting on the networks to provide or verify a read.
Your online account will display a three-week period on the Latest Bill tile, in the 'Next Bill Between' section. This is because we rely on Gas Networks Ireland and ESB Networks to provide and verify meter readings for us. These reads can be sent to us anytime within a three-week period, which means we can't provide you with an exact bill issue date.
Once we receive the meter read, we can then issue your bill. Submitting regular meter readings online will help you avoid longer waits for your bill.
