Who do I contact to have my boiler repaired or serviced?
If you're signed up to our 10 year warranty, you can book your boiler repair or service online.
Book a boiler service
To book your annual boiler service, please sign in to your online account, and select your Services account. If your boiler needs to be serviced, you’ll see a note confirming “Annual Boiler Service needed” and a link to “Book now”.
Book a boiler repair
To report a boiler breakdown, please sign in to your online account, select your Services account, and under the Bookings tab, book a repair. All you need to provide is your phone number and a brief description of what's wrong with your boiler. Alternatively, you can call us on 01 611 01 45.
If your boiler was installed by Local Heroes, and you've issues with your boiler during the first 12 months of the warranty, please contact Local Heroes at support@localheroes.ie.
After the first 12 months, Bord Gáis Energy will be responsible for the remaining 9 years of warranty.
