What is Bord Gáis Energy’s One Stop Shop?
Our One Stop Shop is a dedicated service providing customers with home energy upgrade solutions.
As an SEAI approved One Stop Shop, we’ll:
- Act as a single point of contact, managing all aspects of your home energy upgrade project, from the initial consultation and design to completion of the work and aftercare support.
- Provide support with a simplified grant application process.
- Ensure you receive expert advice, quality workmanship, along with a dedicated project manager who’ll oversee all aspects of your project from start to finish.
Through our One Stop Shop, you’ll be able to avail of a range of quality home energy upgrade solutions all in one place. We’ll provide you with the opportunity to elevate your homes’ energy performance resulting in reductions in energy costs and consumption, enabling a lower carbon footprint whilst creating a warmer, cosier and more comfortable home.
Project completion times can vary dependent upon a number of home energy upgrade solutions or level of retrofit work being completed.
Our dedicated project managers will work with you to minimise disruption, ensuring the work is completed to the highest standard, with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Once the work is complete, we’ll perform a suite of thorough checks and inspections to make sure everything meets industry, quality, safety and our own high standards. You'll then receive a handover pack with all of the important documents, including your warranty terms and our aftercare support details.
