What billing options are available on smart plans?

Smart plan customers are billed monthly or every two months, depending on their plan. 

For Standard Smart plan customers, you'll be billed every two months. For all half-hourly smart plans, you can choose to receive your bill monthly or every two months. You'll also have the option to select your billing date. As direct debit and paperless billing are part of our smart plan discounts, cancelling these may cause you to lose your discount. 

Please note that Level Pay is not available for smart plans. If you're paying your bills through Level Pay and switch to a smart plan, your Level Pay agreement will end and your total balance will be calculated and included in your first smart bill.  If any balance is owed, this will be collected in full in your next direct debit payment.
