My gas boiler service is due soon, how do I book my service and ensure I remain in contract?
We'll contact you to remind you that your annual gas boiler service is due. You can check if it’s time to book your annual service in your online account by following these few steps:
- Firstly, sign in to your online account. If you don't have an online account, register here.
- Once you've signed in to your online account, select your Services account.
- Within the 'Bookings' tab, if your service is due, you can proceed to book in your Boiler Service on your preferred date and time.
Information for 365 Boiler Care and Complete Boiler Care +1 customers
- If you book a boiler service before the anniversary of your last service, this will not affect your contract. Your new contract will only begin when your existing contract expires.
- If you don't wish to continue with your gas boiler contract, get in touch with us.
- If you're a 365 Boiler Care customer and are paying by direct debit, your payment will continue to be taken monthly/annually. However, you'll need to click on the prompt in your online account or ‘Book Now’ in your reminder emails, or alternatively get in touch with us, to book your annual service.
