How does paperless billing work?

When you turn on paperless billing, we'll no longer send your bill in the post.

  • Download your past bills and access information instantly and securely.
  • Reduce waste and contribute to a greener environment. 

How to turn on paperless billing: 

You can turn on paperless billing by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your online account. 
  2. Select the account you'd like to make paperless (gas or electricity). 
  3. On the account dashboard, you'll see the paperless toggle just below the three billing tiles. Switch to paperless by clicking on the paperless toggle.

Once the paperless toggle is switched on, you're all set. Going forward, you'll receive your bills on your online account, which you can check anytime.

How do I get a copy of my bill? 

You can view, download and print off a copy of your bill anytime by signing in to your online account. For more information, see How can I view and download my bills online?

Once you're paperless, you don't need to contact us to receive a copy of your bill.
