How do I get a copy of my bill?

You don’t need to contact us; you can view, download or print off a copy of your previous bills anytime online.

Steps to get your bill 

1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
2. Select the account you want to get the copy of the bill (gas or electricity).
3. Click the “Bills & Activity’ tab.
4. Find the bill you want and click the Download button or icon.

We only retain your personal data, including bills, for a short time after you close your account - this is due to our obligations under data protection laws. If you need copies of recent bills, please download them from your online account before closing it, as they may not be available afterward.
