How do I check the remaining credit on my meter? 

Press #1 twice on an electricity meter or press button A on a gas meter to see the remaining credit on your meter.

Electricity Meters

Press #1 on your meter twice to display your remaining credit.

Press #1 once to display the number of days credit left, based on the past week's usage. However, this is just a guide as your electricity use may vary week to week.

Gas Meters

Press button A once to access the credit screen which displays the remaining credit on the meter.
