Contact centre limited services
Our contact centre will be operating with limited services on Saturday 11 January.
Due to system upgrades this weekend, our gas and electricity phone lines will be closed on Saturday 11 January. We'll be back open as normal on Monday 13 January. In the meantime, you’ll be able to find answers to most queries with our online and automated phone service.
Online self-service
You can view your balance, download your bills, submit a meter reading and make a payment by signing in to your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can register now.
Automated phone service
You can also call our automated phone service to get your balance, make a payment and submit a meter reading.

Government Electricity Credits
We applied the first credit to eligible residential electricity customer’s accounts in early December. The second credit was applied between 2 and 10 January 2025.
You don't need to sign up, register or contact us to receive the electricity credit. We’ll automatically apply the credit to your residential electricity account, so you don't need to do anything. For more information, see our information page.
Booking a boiler service or repair
Our boiler service, repair and installation teams are working as normal.
You can book a boiler service or repair through your online account. If you don’t have an online account, you can book an appointment here.

Gas emergencies
If you smell gas, you should contact Gas Networks Ireland (24 hours) immediately on 1800 20 50 50.
