Can I set up scheduled top ups on my Pay As You Go meter?

If you’ve an electricity Pay As You Go meter, you can set up a scheduled top-up online. 

Follow the steps below to set up a scheduled top-up: 

  1. Click the My meters tab on the left side of the screen. 

  1. Click on the white area next to your meter number.

  1. Select the tick box beside Scheduled Top Up.

  1. Once you've selected this tick box, the following fields will be displayed to you: 

 Set Frequency 

 

  1. Choose your top-up amount and top-up frequency. 

  1. Click Save Meter. 

Once your scheduled top-up is set up, we’ll take payment from your card at the time, date and for the amount you’ve selected. We’ll then send you an email with your top up code. You’ll need to use this code to top up your meter. 

Please note: it’s not possible to set up a scheduled top-up for a Pay As You Go gas meter.
