What is Your Loyalty plan?

At Bord Gáis Energy, we value our long-term customers.

That’s why we’ve created a special loyalty plan for residential gas and electricity customers who’ve been with us for three years or more. If you're eligible and not already on another offer, you'll benefit from a reduced unit rate.

We'll get in touch by email if you're eligible, so make sure we have your up-to-date email address and you’ve opted in to receive marketing emails from us.

What’s included?

With the loyalty plan, you’ll get:

A reduced unit rate on your electricity or gas
Automatic eligibility if you’ve been with us for three years or more and haven’t signed up to another offer
An easy sign-up process directly from your email

Who is eligible?

You must:

Be a Bord Gáis Energy residential electricity or gas customer
Have been with us for three years or more
Not currently be signed up to another discounted plan

How can I apply for the Your Loyalty plan?

If you're eligible, we’ll send you an email inviting you to join the plan. Just follow the instructions in the email to activate your new plan and start saving.

Keep your details up to date

To make sure you receive your invitation:

Sign in to your online account to check your contact details
Make sure you’ve opted in to receive marketing emails

If you don’t have an account yet, you can register here in just a few steps, or if you don't have an online account you can register in just a few quick steps.

It may take up to more than seven days to apply this new tariff, but the effective date will be the date you have signed up for it.
