Can I reschedule or cancel my heat pump appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel appointments without charge up to 24 hours before the booking time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we may charge a cancellation fee of €30.

You'll also be charged a cancellation fee if - without at least 24 hours prior notice to us - the Service Engineer can't access your property to carry out the agreed work at the agreed time.
