What can I do if I have concerns about paying my bills?

We have lots of supports and flexible payment options available.

We can offer flexible payment options, including payment plans and scheduled payments.

Scheduled payments allow you to set up a recurring payment on a weekly or monthly basis, in addition to your existing payment method. For example, you can pay a specified amount per week towards your energy bills, to spread out your costs over time. This money will accumulate on your account and will be used towards your next bill. Regular payments of an amount you choose, at a time that suits you best, are applied to your credit or debit card.

The government also offer additional supports schemes for businesses, such as the Energy Efficiency Loan Scheme. See enterprise.gov.ie for a full list of supports.

You may need to view and download your Bord Gáis Energy bills to avail of the above schemes. To access your bills, sign in to your online account. If you don't have an online account, register now.
