I'm a business customer, how do I renew my contract?

To renew your contract, you can either get in touch directly with your Key Account Manager or get in touch with our team by using our online query form and provide us with the following details:

  • MPRN / GPRN (this number is located on the top right-hand corner of your bill)
  • Customer Name
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Number
  • Contact Email Address
