I am interested in becoming a customer, what do I need to sign up to one of your Smart price plans?

To avail of a Smart meter tariff, you will first need to have a Smart meter installed. 

Once you have a Smart meter installed, it will take 30 days to determine the remote connectivity of your Smart meter. When your connectivity is established, you can sign up to one of our Smart plans. We will help you decide which Smart plan is best for your business needs. When you contact us you will need to have your MPRN to hand, as we will need to verify that you have a Smart meter and that it has a suitable remote connectivity level for the type of price plan you want to choose.
