Why is money being taken from my top-up?

Depending on your fuel type, follow the steps below to check how your top-up is being allocated:

Electricity:

• Press Button 1 to view the Credit/Owed Screen.
  • For example, if you purchase a credit for €20.00 and Friendly Credit used was €18.00, you'll have €2.00 towards Electricity usage.
• Electricity Debt/Debt Recovery.

Gas:

• Press Button A once to view the Credit Screen.
• Press Button A twice to view the Owed Screen. This screen combines unpaid Standing Charges and Emergency Credit together. 
• Gas Debt/Debt Recovery.
