Our find a plan tool is the easiest way to find our best plans and offers for both new and existing customers.
You can also compare our gas, electricity and dual fuel plans on the Compare our plans page. Use the filters at the top of the page to select what type of customer you are, what type of plan you're interested in, and whether you have a smart meter or not.
If you're an existing customer and coming to the end of your contract, you can find the best renewal offer by signing in to your online account. For more information, see I'm coming to the end of my contract. Can I sign up to a new contract online?
Depending on your marketing preferences, we'll also send you an email 45 days before your contract end date, to remind you that your contract is ending. The email will confirm your options, and give you details of our current best offers.
To receive this email, make sure your marketing preferences are switched on. You can check this in the ‘Profile’ section of your online account.
You can view your contract end date at any time on the top-right of your most recent bill. Please note that customers currently out of contract won't see this line on their bill.
