How can I apply for the Your Loyalty Price Plan?

If you're eligible for the Your Loyalty Price Plan, you'll receive an email giving you the opportunity to sign up. Simply follow the directions in the email you receive from Bord Gáis Energy to activate Your Loyalty Price Plan and start saving.

To make sure you receive the email invitation to sign up for the Your Loyalty Price Plan, please ensure that your email address is included in your account contact details and that you're opted in for email marketing. You can update these details when you sign in to your online account, or if you don't have an online account you can register in just a few quick steps.

Please note: It may take up to seven days to apply this new price plan to your account, but the effective date will be the date that you signed up for the Your Loyalty Price Plan.
