Customers can avail of 'Friendly Credit' at the below times only. Your meter needs to be consuming electricity before entering 'Friendly' period.

Monday – Thursday: 16:00 – 09:00 (17:00 – 10:00 during summertime)

Friday – Sunday: 16:00 – 09:00 Monday morning (17:00 – 10:00 during summertime). Customers can avail of friendly credit throughout the weekend.
