I've lost my top-up card, how can I top-up?

Electricity

You can purchase credit for your electricity meter by topping up online. Click here for more information online top-up.

To buy credit without your electricity card, you bring your KPN number to your nearest Payzone outlet.

If you don't know your KPN number, you can get in touch with us using our online query form and we'll be happy to provide it to you. We can also send you a new card.

We advise customers to keep their receipts as proof of purchase.

Gas

Gas cards can be purchased from any Payzone for approximately €1.50, but this price can vary.

Please note that when a new card is purchased, it must be put into the meter to be initialised before credit can be put onto it.
