How do I qualify for special services?
You (as a customer) qualify for our special services register if you:
- Blind or Partially sighted
- Mobility Difficulties
- Deaf or hard of hearing
- Speech impaired
- Language Difficulty
- Learning Difficulty
- Mental Health issues
- Dexterity Difficulties
- Aged 66 or over and live alone, with minors or other elderly people.
Please tell us straight away if you have any difficulty in paying your bill. The sooner you do, the easier it will be for us to offer help and advice. We will be as flexible as possible in trying to agree a payment plan. We will not disconnect your supply between 1st November and 31st March if you are on our Special Services register.
