Can I change my existing payment option?

You can change your current payment option at any time. However, we recommend paying by Direct Debit as this is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your bill. View our various payment options here.

Please note: If you're currently availing of a discount for Direct Debit/Level Pay and choose another payment option, you'll no longer be able to avail of the relevant Direct Debit/Level Pay discount. To remove Direct Debit/Level Pay from your account, contact us using our submit a query form.
