Hive Welcome Home Bundle Promotion Terms & Conditions

“Free Welcome Home bundle” Self install Terms and Conditions of Offer. 

This Offer is applicable to all customers that sign up for either of the offers below: 

a) Dual Fuel Welcome Home Bundle Offer, or 

b) Electricity Welcome Home Bundle Offer 

Once registration for one of the above offers is completed, customers will be offered a free Hive Welcome Home Smart Bundle of Products (1x Smart Hub, 2x Smart Bulbs, 1x Smart Plug & a Smart Motion Sensor). 

a) Dual Fuel Offer: The discounts are off the Bord Gáis Energy Gas and Electricity unit rates (smart electricity rates if signing up for the smart offer) for a period of 12 months. After the 12-month period, Dual Fuel customers who continue to choose to pay by Direct Debit and use Paperless Billing will receive a 5% discount Off Gas and Electricity unit rates (smart electricity rates if signing up for the smart offer). An early Exit Fee of €50 will apply if you leave before the end of your Fixed Term Dual Fuel Contract. Prices are subject to change. 

b) Electricity only Offer: The discounts are off the Bord Gáis Energy Electricity unit rates (smart electricity rates if signing up for the smart offer) for a period of 12 months. After the 12-month period, Electricity only customers who continue to choose to pay by Direct Debit and use Paperless Billing will receive a 5% discount off Electricity unit rates (smart electricity rates if signing up for the smart offer). Prices are subject to change. 

Terms: 

1. If signing up for the green energy offer, your 100% electricity and 10% gas (gas only available through dual fuel offer) will be supplied from renewable sources.

5. To avail of this offer you must be successfully signed up to BGE with paperless billing and direct debit. 

6. The Free Hive Welcome Home Bundle is a self-install product. 

7. There is no alternative to this offer, if for any reason a customer cannot avail of the Free Hive Welcome Home Smart Pack Bord Gáis Energy is not obliged to enter into written correspondence regarding this Offer.
