How do I top up on Smart Pay As You Go?

Online: The simplest way to top up is to sign in to your online account. You also have the option to save a credit or debit card for your future top ups. You can also use bordgaisenergy.ie/paynow without signing in, just make sure to have your electricity account number and MPRN to hand.  You must also ensure you have selected Account Type: Pay As You Go and PAYG Account Type: Smart Pay As You Go electricity.   

In Store: At any Payzone outlet using your Payzone card – this will be sent to you when you sign up for the tariff. Alternatively, you can use your PAN ID, a unique 16-digit reference number. You can find this in your order confirmation, or in your online account. It begins with 275000 followed by your account number.
